Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

You are eligible to return items for a refund or exchange if:

  • Your order was delivered within the last 30 days
  • Items are in as-new condition and remain in their original packaging
  • Your purchase was made through the Suri Socks online store

If your items meet these criteria, please email us at support@surisocks.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Whether you'd like a refund or exchange
  • The number of pairs being returned

We’ll get back to you promptly with return instructions.

Please note:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • We are not liable for items lost during return transit
  • We'll always do our best to make sure you end up with the right socks for your feet!

Refunds

Refunds will be issued once your returned items pass inspection and will be processed via the original payment method.

Ineligible Returns

Items that do not meet the return criteria or follow the return instructions may be rejected and disposed of at our discretion. This policy helps us maintain high hygiene and quality standards for all customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right as soon as possible with a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale
  • Items that have been removed from their packaging cannot be returned
  • Any products that appear used or repackaged will be rejected and disposed of

Incorrect Address

Your shipping address can only be changed before your order is packed and labeled. If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you for an update. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Order Changes

Please double-check your cart before checkout. Orders cannot be modified once placed.

Failed Deliveries

If your order does not arrive within 30 days of shipment (through no fault of your own) and tracking confirms non-delivery, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders are final once confirmed at checkout. However, you may still cancel if your order hasn’t been packed. If your label has been printed, cancellation is no longer possible

If you email us, we’ll do our best to catch it in time—but we can’t guarantee it. If your order ships, you’ll need to initiate a return once it arrives.
